Where:    School Library             Spelling B

What to bring:

     Birth Certificate

     Social Security Card

     Current Shot Records

Children enrolled must be age 5 by September 1, 2009.

If you are unable to attend, please contact the school to make arrangements to pick up a pre-registration packet.
